This 5-day intensive course offers students a unique opportunity to dive into Python programming while exploring the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning through interactive, hands-on projects.
Each morning, students will focus on AI and Machine Learning, learning how machines can be trained to recognise images, understand language, and make intelligent predictions. They will work through the main stages of a Machine Learning project, including collecting training data, building models, testing systems, and refining them based on feedback. Projects include chatbots, image recognisers, predictive programs, and AI-powered games, making complex concepts fun and approachable. The course also encourages students to think about real-world applications and ethical considerations of AI technologies.
In the afternoons, students will build a solid foundation in Python programming, starting with essential coding concepts such as variables, data types, loops, functions, and modules. They will gradually advance to creating their own interactive programs, working on coding exercises and projects that match their skill level — whether they are complete beginners or have some prior experience.
